Glozo is an AI-powered recruitment platform that helps small and medium-sized businesses hire the right candidates faster and cheaper through skill-based matching.
The recruitment market struggled with slow, expensive processes that failed to identify candidates based on real skills, creating an opportunity for Glozo's AI-powered solution. Feely's challenge was to design a brand and website that would make this innovative technology feel trustworthy to traditional HR professionals.
Working with our brand strategist, we began by conducting market research and Glozo team interviews. This research informed initial brand hypotheses that were validated with the team and developed into a comprehensive brand strategy, establishing Glozo's mission to "Change the future of hiring" and brand essence to "See people beyond CV."
The visual style of Glozo is built around the concept of pixels, symbolizing a meta-layer of depth and clarity. Just as pixels come together to reveal a larger image, our approach focuses on uncovering the hidden skills and potential in candidates that may not be immediately visible.
We emphasize the idea of «See beyond» by placing a person in a way that their photo extends beyond the boundaries of a conventional resume, illustrating the bigger picture of their life and skills.
Orange represents energy, vitality, and a forward-thinking mindset, symbolizing progress and growth. The light gray-blue is a calm, soothing tone that works well as a background color. Black and white serve as additional colors for text and various design elements, providing contrast and clarity.
Blue and violet serve as accent colors. They create a strong contrast with the orange, adding an extra layer of energy. These colors also evoke a digital aesthetic, referencing pixels and technology. In certain cases, a softer shade of orange is used.
We developed a comprehensive social media kit with templates for sharing infographics, client success stories, industry insights, and market reports. The kit ensures consistent brand presentation across platforms while allowing flexibility in content types, from recruitment trends to hiring statistics.
With brand foundations established, we designed a customizable pitch deck template and developed the initial landing page, setting Glozo's visual story for both investor presentations and user acquisition.
To ensure consistent brand application, we delivered comprehensive brand guidelines that include both visual standards (logo usage, typography, color palette, photography style) and strategic framework. The guidelines document Glozo's brand platform — from target audience and core values to tone of voice, emotional and rational benefits — providing a complete reference for anyone working with the brand.
